Halloween Kills is (finally) coming and we have some details

Just in time for spooky season.

Fans of the iconic Halloween franchise have been made to wait for the latest instalment following delays due to the pandemic and such, but it’s finally coming.

Jamie Lee Curtis reprises her role as Laurie Strode for the 12th instalment in the Halloween series, as the film sees the Michael Myers saga embark on its next thrilling chapter.

In this episode Laurie and the other Strode women join a group of other survivors of Michael’s first rampage who decide to take matters into their own hands, forming a vigilante mob that sets out to hunt Michael down, once and for all.

The slasher is scheduled for simultaneous release in theatres and on streaming services (Peacock) on October 15 in the US.

Fans of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be delighted to hear that Kyle Richards – who featured in the original 1978 film – will make an appearance (hopefully she’ll bring some drama), there will also be reprising roles from Judy Greer and Andi Matichak.

Meanwhile, in the real world, earlier this year Jamie Lee Curtis proudly revealed that her 25-year-old daughter is transgender. Curtis revealed she had come to understand gender as an ‘old idea’, adding that it’s more of a ‘constant metamorphosis.’ Read more about that here
