Mixtape: Songs To Feel Sad and Cry To

Who doesn’t love a good cry, am I right? Whether it’s Valentine’s Day or just a casual Tuesday afternoon, a good self-pity cry can do cathartic wonders for the soul AND for the waistline (I shit you not, science confirmed that crying actually DOES burn calories).

I have, through years of repetitive testing on myself, found that the wallowing process can be wonderfully accelerated using a red wine of your choice and beautifully complimented with a few angsty texts to a particularly regrettable ex. Don’t hold yourself back when it comes to mixing up those swear words either – try calling them a “bag of c*nts” or a “rotting tw*t-hole” – keep the magic alive.

So kick-back, pour yourself a large one, and enjoy the GLUE Mixtape: Songs to Cry and Feel Sad To!

Drop us a note in the comments if there’s anything you’d like to add to the Mixtape!
