Bring on season 3! 

 

Hurray! The highly-anticipated third run of Sex Education will premier in September on Netflix with eight brand new episodes.

 

The streaming service announced on Twitter: “The wait is almost over! Sex Education Season 3 premieres September 17 — FIRST LOOK.”

 

S3 will see the return of Otis (Asa Butterfield), Eric (Ncuti Gatwa), Jean (Gillian Anderson), Maeve (Emma Mackey), Aimee (Aimee Lou Wood), Adam (Connor Swindells), Jackson (Kedar Williams-Stirling), Ola (Patricia Allison), Lily (Tanya Reynolds) and Headmaster Groff (Alistair Petrie).

 

Jemima Kirke (HBO’s Girls) has been cast as Hope, who will replace Groff as Moordale’s new headmistress. 

 

Jemima took to Instagram to reveal more about her character, saying: ‘For those saying she’s got a stick up her a**, lemme tell you, Hope Haddon used to be QUITE the wild child back in her day’

 

We. Can. Not. Wait.
