‘The Flash’ Star Ezra Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after visiting a bar in Hawaii.
Miller, who plays the Flash in an upcoming movie based on the superhero, was arrested in the early hours of Monday after visiting a bar in Hilo, Hawaii, police said.
The 29-year-old Fantastic Beasts actor, who is queer and uses they/them pronouns, allegedly became agitated when patrons at the bar in Hilo began singing karaoke.
Miller was then held in police custody after they allegedly “began yelling obscenities” and “grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke”. Miller “later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts,” police added.
The bar owner told officers he could not calm the uncontrollable customer, despite repeated attempts.

Miller, who police said was visiting from Vermont, was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment then released after posting the $500 (£380) bail.
It’s not Miller’s first brush with controversy as, in 2020, a video emerged online (below) appearing to show Miller choking a fan outside a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.
Miller stars as Credence Barebone in the Harry Potter prequel Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, which hits movie theaters April 15, and is set to reprise their role as Flash in a solo film, expected in 2023.
