Former England pro-footballer-turned-TV-pundit Rio Ferdinand has accidentally sent saucy Box Menswear thong sales skyrocketing after posting a photoshopped pic of model Daniel Shoneye with his head replaced by former team mate Micah Richard.
Those boyz! In the original pic above, Daniel is looking wistfully out of the window in a shot taken by photographer Jake O’Donnell for a Box Menswear collection back in 2019. Apparently Rio must think there’s an uncanny resemblance.
Clearly his deep fake dabbling has had a positive effect as sales of the revealing thong have not only soared but the highly sought-after piece of underwear is currently sold out…in black that is!
