It’s that time again, another state has signed a bill into law prohibiting trans youth athletes from participating in public school sports. 

As the trans fear-mongering spreads across the USA like a moral pandemic, more and more states are voting in legislation that relates to the ‘physical differences between biological males and biological females.’

With absolutely no evidence, it has become a Republican flail with which to beat the most vulnerable members of the trans community, not only victimising them but also attempting to delete their experience. And what for? Political clout and pandering to the evangelical right. 

Trump may have lost the Presidential election but Trumpism is alive and well. The ‘war for the soul of America’ has only just begun.
